Thank you for your interest in participating in
our Fair! We look forward to having an amazing, angelic group of readers providing loving assistance to our many attendees. We hope YOU can join this group of readers, many of whom have been with us for all six fairs over the past three years! We'll need you to fill out the application below, provide us a photo, and pay for the space (and optional ad in the program book). Please pay special attention to writing your description and providing a good quality, smiling headshot portrait photo, since those things help clients choose who they'll have a reading with. Please note that your description and photo will also appear on this website. However, contact information will not be published on the website or in the program book. So if you wish to have additional exposure, we invite you to purchase an ad in our program book for as little as $25 for business-card size. Thank you for supporting the Fair!

Reader Room sessions are $30 for 20 minutes,
commencing every half hour, and the sign-up/payment is handled
centrally. Readers are expected to use a timer and abide by the
20-minute schedule, because usually the next client is waiting! Readers
who do not keep to the schedule may be interrupted by staff as a reminder to end the reading. It is important to honor the clients
who are in line for you! Readers also bring their own card table (approximately 30" x 30") and a timer (many readers use their cell phone timer on vibrate — but please bring it fully charged, because you may not have access to an electric outlet at your space).
Readers are paid in cash at the end of the Fair based on the Reader Registration Sheets from the Appointment Table and the Client Sign-in Sheet that readers are given to keep track of clients at their table. Also, the Client Sign-in Sheet is important to use at your table, because staff may need to consult it during the day, to verify the client schedule and keep everything in order!
We reserve the right to limit the number and type of readers. Also, new readers must either have a recommendation from someone we know and trust, or may be asked to try out. See the Reader Policies document below for more details on the reader experience.
NO COMBINED TABLES ALLOWED: Reader Room tables cannot sell items and Vendor Room tables cannot offer readings. If you have any questions about compliance, please let us know by emailing readerteam@intuitivesinteractive.com.
COMING IN 2016: TWO-DAY EXPOS (Friday-Saturday) and COMBINED TABLES WILL BE DEBUTED! We will still have the popular Reader Room exactly as it is, but a NEW POLICY will be in effect and we will allow Vendor Room vendors to also offer readings in their booths. Stay tuned!
